Vice President

As the Vice President you will have to, help manage the community, you will have to lead the community, engage in community events, and be in charge when President is on LOA. You will need the leadership skills required to run the entire community. You will also work with the Chief of Community Relations. As the Vice President you will be in charge of the majority of the hiring process, you will conduct interviews, a manage all staff. You will also lay out the ground rules for the staff.
